What You’ll Do:

  • Lead with Purpose – Own the full recruiting strategy with a clear focus on quality hires, strong culture alignment, and long term team stability.

  • Coach Hiring Leaders – Partner with managers to sharpen their interviewing skills, define what “great” looks like, and hold a high standard in every hiring decision.

  • Own the Pipeline – Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, community engagement, and consistent candidate outreach.

  • Drive Hiring Performance – Monitor recruiting KPIs, time to fill, time to hire, retention metrics, and hiring conversion rates to continuously improve results.

  • Protect the Candidate Experience – Ensure every applicant experiences professionalism, clarity, and timely communication from first touchpoint to onboarding.

  • Strengthen Systems & Process – Manage and optimize the ATS, hiring workflows, and recruiting tools to create efficiency and consistency across locations.

  • Champion Culture Through Hiring – Align every hire with the Feel Great values, building teams that elevate performance and strengthen the organization from within.

What You’ll Need:

  • 3+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience (multi-site experience preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience using an ATS (JazzHR or similar ATS platforms preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
  • Comfort working in a fast paced, growth oriented environment

  • Strategic – Looks beyond filling seats to understand workforce planning, succession needs, and long term talent development.

  • Collaborative – Partners effectively with site leaders, managers, and support teams to define what “great” looks like and hire accordingly.

The position pays $55,000 - $75,000/ annually depending on your experience including a generous benefits package:
