Manager/Supervisor

Feel Great Car Wash is looking for a Store Manager to join our team at our Richland Hills location. The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, leading and developing team members, delivering excellent customer service, driving sales performance, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can motivate employees, manage operations effectively, and ensure customers receive an exceptional experience. This person will be responsible for coaching staff, handling customer concerns, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring the store meets sales and operational goals.


Responsibilities

Lead and Manage Operations

  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow throughout all shifts
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members
  • Create employee schedules and manage labor efficiently
  • Monitor store appearance, cleanliness, and safety standards
  • Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed

Drive Sales and Performance

  • Meet or exceed sales goals and performance targets
  • Monitor KPIs such as sales, labor costs, customer satisfaction, and productivity
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales and operational efficiency
  • Assist with promotions, upselling, and customer retention efforts
  • Track inventory levels and coordinate ordering when needed

Customer Service Excellence

  • Provide outstanding customer service and create a positive customer experience
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business
  • Ensure team members maintain professionalism and excellent communication

Coach and Develop Team Members

  • Train employees on company standards, procedures, and customer service expectations
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching
  • Motivate staff to achieve individual and team goals
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment

Requirements

  • Previous management or leadership experience preferred
  • Retail, car wash, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of sales goals, KPIs, and operational performance metrics
  • Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and staff development preferred
  • Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including weekends 
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in varying weather conditions

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of management or supervisory experience
  • Experience coaching and developing employees
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer software
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to motivate teams
